Quick Start Guide

Install .	Download	Follow the instructions to install the application.
Register.	Demo	Double click on the SMS300 icon on your desktop to launch the application. When you first register Sign Management 300 you will have been allocated a User Name and Password and given the ability to perform all administrative and operational functions as if you were the only person in the organisation performing all the business functions. If there is more than one person in your organisation performing different functions in connection with Sign Management it is not recommended that you operate with a single team but create separate teams for each job function. This can be implemented at a later date when you are familiar with the system.
Login	Demo	These login details are case sensitive and we recommend the password is changed as soon as possible.
Create Area/Driver	Demo	Create an Area/Driver for each geographic area served by a driver, or for an actual driver.
Create Head Office	Demo	Create a Head Office.
Create Agent	Demo	Create an Agent for a Head Office.
Create Stock	Demo - New Board Demo - New Sold Slip	Create a stock item for each of the board types, sold slips and let by slips the agent uses. Create stock items for slips used by all agents e.g. VBA etc.
Associate jobs, stock items and Agents	Demo	The system already has a number of job types that an Agent can request but at this point the connection between the stock required for a particular agent for a particular job has not been established so next we need to go back to the agent we created and add the jobs he can request and the stock he needs to fulfil that request.
Create Job	Demo - New Board and Slip	Create a job to erect a new bord and slip at a property.
Schedule Job	Demo	Schedule a job or jobs for a driver.
Reconcile Job	Demo	Reconcile a job completed by a driver.
Invoice	Demo	Invoice an Agent.
